At
the craft table, James is painting a ladybug. “What can you tell me
about ladybugs?” asks the teacher. “They fly... I don’t know
what else. I think they suck nectar.”
Teacher: I don’t know if they suck nectar, but I can think of another insect that sucks nectar.
James: A bee! And a butterfly!
Teacher: That’s right :) Maybe we can find out what ladybugs eat.
James: Goes over to talk to his friend. He comes back and says to his teacher “I already know what they eat!” He goes back to his friend and brings back a book...
